We carry out strict supplier screening, and every batch of incoming raw materials undergoes multiple inspections including composition testing and purity analysis. All unqualified materials are strictly rejected and prohibited from production. Any negligence at the source may lead to major potential risks in end-product application, so we never compromise on this first line of quality defense.
In-process quality monitoring acts as the core of our entire quality management system.
The company has obtained the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification and keeps optimizing and improving the system on an ongoing basis. We have adopted a digital management system to collect and compare key process parameters such as temperature, pressure and proportioning in real time. The system will send an immediate alert once any slight data fluctuation occurs, requiring operators to respond and correct deviations promptly. Meanwhile, we have established a three-tier inspection mechanism consisting of self-inspection, mutual inspection and professional inspection. Operators take charge of their own working procedures, subsequent working procedures check previous ones, and professional quality inspectors conduct independent sampling and rechecking. With layered checks and interlocked procedures, all quality issues are resolved internally and never passed on to the next production stage.
